Shipping Methods
1. Standard Mail (No Tracking)
Budget-friendly option.
No tracking number and no insurance.
Delivery time: 2–6 weeks, depending on destination.
Losses, delays, or postal issues are not covered.
Once the parcel is handed over to Correos (Spain), the shipping risk is transferred to the buyer.
Recommended for low-value orders only.
2. Certified Mail (Tracked)
Includes international tracking.
More reliable than standard mail.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks.
A postal claim can be opened in case of loss or damage.
Recommended for most jewellery pieces.
3. Express International Shipping
Fastest and most secure service.
Full tracking and priority handling.
Delivery: 3–7 business days.
Insurance available depending on destination.
Recommended for high-value or urgent orders.
Shipping Responsibility
By choosing Standard Mail, the buyer accepts that the shipment has no tracking and no compensation in case of loss or delay.
For Certified Mail and Express Shipping, Darklim Jewels provides assistance if a postal issue occurs.
All orders are shipped within the stated processing time using the address provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom Orders
The estimated preparation time is 4 weeks but it can take up to 2 months depending on the volume of work you have. Please note that I place all orders myself.
Return Policy: To avoid the need for returns or exchanges, PLEASE read the store listings carefully. I work hard to write clear, concise descriptions that contain all the information necessary to avoid confusion and make an informed purchase. Most problems are easily avoided by carefully reading the item listing and examining the photos. I do not make returns or exchanges based on incorrect sizing or buyer's remorse. Please know your size and budget before ordering my jewelry. If you have any questions, please contact me, I will be happy to give you more details about the items you want. All listings, including sizes and sizing. Please be clear before you buy that I am not responsible for losses or other situations that are not my responsibility. As well as I do not refund or exchange. only in the case of my error. Please keep this in mind when purchasing my jewelry.
Jewelry Care
Handmade jewelry is artwork and should be treated as such to ensure its longevity. Avoid wet and strenuous activity while wearing jewelry and remove for swimming, Order Processing, Cancellation and Modification Processing Times: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Darklim works very hard to get your order out within that time frame, however, as Darklim is a one-man business it is possible that after a large collection there may be some delays in shipping.
Modifications: Modifications cannot be made to any order unless the shipping or email information you have provided is incorrect. Please email mimundoimaginado@hotmail.com with your order number and preferred shipping address within 24 hours of purchase.
Payment Credit and Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards are accepted. During the checkout process, be sure to enter the correct billing information. PayPal: PayPal payments are accepted.
