Monthly Collections: Every month Darklim releases 1 or 2 collections collection of new pieces. This collection becomes available for purchase at a specific day which is announced via Instagram
Shipping Times
I ship all my orders from my studio based in Spain
7/10 days for orders to reach EU countries,
1-2 weeks to the US.
and 3-5 weeks for the rest of the world.
Custom Orders
The estimated preparation time is 4 weeks but it can take up to 2 months depending on the volume of work you have. Please note that I place all orders myself.
Shipping & Tracking: All orders are sent standard air mail this system is cheaper and for you it is free, it has no tracking number, but it is very reliable since 100% 99% always arrives.Please note that I do not I take responsibility for losses and theft of the package.
Certified mail: You can choose certified shipping with tracking number. Please note that if your package is lost, you must file a claim at your post office. LB Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives in poor condition send me an email to mimundoimaginado@hotmail.com and I will be happy to arrange it at no cost to you.

Jewelry Care
Handmade jewelry is artwork and should be treated as such to ensure its longevity. Avoid wet and strenuous activity while wearing jewelry and remove for swimming, Order Processing, Cancellation and Modification Processing Times: All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Darklim works very hard to get your order out within that time frame, however, as Darklim is a one-man business it is possible that after a large collection there may be some delays in shipping.
Modifications: Modifications cannot be made to any order unless the shipping or email information you have provided is incorrect. Please email liberduquejewelry@hotmail.com with your order number and preferred shipping address within 24 hours of purchase.
